Use an email link below to describe what you would like us to do. Include enough context to locate your enquiry and the email address you used. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information.
What happens next
The privacy contact reviews the request, clarifies its scope where needed and responds under the applicable legal requirements. If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we will explain the applicable reason. Please avoid sending copies of identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification method has been agreed.
Raise a concern
Use the complaint link if you believe your information has been mishandled. This does not prevent you from contacting the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Commissioner or another competent authority. For an urgent suspected exposure, use the security-report link on our accessibility and security page.
Requests made for someone else
If acting for another person, explain your authority and how we can verify it without collecting unnecessary information. We may need to contact that person. Specify the information and action requested so that records can be located. Any lawful fee, refusal, extension or limitation will be explained where applicable; this website does not promise an unconditional right to deletion.
