Who this notice covers
Averisdata provides privacy and data protection framework support from Malaysia. This notice covers visitors to this website and people who contact averisdata@gmail.com about our services. It explains our website and enquiry handling; a client engagement may require additional agreed terms and notices.
Information involved
If you email us, we receive your email address, name and any business details, scheduling preferences, message content or attachments you choose to send. If a WhatsApp call is arranged, your telephone number and account details may be involved. Teams meetings may involve your display name, email and meeting communications. Website delivery and security involve technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested page.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, understand your needs, prepare a proposal and arrange requested calls or meetings. Technical information supports website delivery, reliability and protection against abuse. An enquiry is not permission to send promotional campaigns. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about you or to sell personal data.
Your choice to provide information
Providing enquiry details is voluntary. Without a return email address or enough information to understand your request, we may not be able to respond or prepare a meaningful proposal. Do not send sensitive personal data, identity documents or client databases through an initial enquiry. If such information is needed for an engagement, handling arrangements should be agreed separately.
Service providers and disclosures
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with Cloudflare delivery and security. Enquiries sent to our Gmail address are handled through Google’s email service. Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp is involved only when that communication channel is used. These providers process information under the terms applicable to their services. Information may also need to be disclosed to an authorised adviser or authority where necessary for a request, legal duty or legal claim.
International processing
Cloud-based hosting, email and communication services can process information outside Malaysia. The locations and safeguards depend on the provider and service configuration. We do not promise Malaysian-only storage. Ask the privacy contact about a specific transfer before sharing information subject to location or confidentiality restrictions.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, related follow-up and any applicable recordkeeping or legal claims. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, its records are managed with the engagement requirements. Provider security logs, backups and cookies follow the provider’s retention settings. Request deletion or ask about the retention applicable to your information using the privacy contact; a legal obligation may limit deletion.
Security
The website is delivered using HTTPS. No public upload facility, account registration or web enquiry form is provided. Email and communication services have their own security controls and risks. No online system is guaranteed secure. Contact us if you believe information has been sent to the wrong person or a website security issue may affect you.
Access, correction and other requests
You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, stop direct marketing, or raise concerns about processing. You may also request deletion or another right available under applicable law. The availability, scope, identity checks and response time depend on the request and governing law; not every right is unconditional. Use the privacy-requests page or email our privacy contact.
Cookies and external websites
The cookie policy describes the current website configuration and the security cookies the hosting provider may use. No optional analytics or advertising is included in the website code. External websites have their own notices and practices.
Children and changes
This website is intended for business enquiries, not services directed at children. Please contact us if a child’s information has been sent in error. Changes to this notice will be dated on this page. A revised notice does not itself grant permission for a new use that requires consent.

Contact averisdata@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” or “Privacy complaint”. You may also contact Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner or the competent authority in your jurisdiction where applicable.
Where information comes from
Information comes from you when you email or speak with us, from someone introducing you or acting for your business, and from your browser when it requests a page from our hosting provider. If you provide another person’s details, share only what is necessary and ensure you are entitled to do so. You can ask us about the source of information held about you.
Choices, objections and portability
You may ask us to limit a use or disclosure, prevent processing likely to cause damage or distress where the law permits, or transmit your personal data to another controller where a right to portability applies. Portability is subject to applicable conditions, including technical feasibility and compatible formats. Explain your request by email. Withdrawing consent may affect the assistance we can provide, but does not itself remove a separate legal requirement to retain a record.
